Silver and Opal Oval Earrings

A leaf rests on the soil beneath the tree that gave it life. The light of a sunset filters through the remaining leaves above. I captured this vision in a pair of sterling silver earrings oxidized to highlight a beautiful earth-like texture. The peach-colored opals hold shifting light in their depths.
Sterling opal is a synthetic gemstone hand crafted in a lab in Phoenix, Arizona. The sterling silver discs, leaves and ear wires were handmade by me.
Metal: Sterling silver, including the earwires
Stones: Sterling Opal, round, 6mm
Earrings: Each 2-1/4 inches long x 3/4 inch wide (6x2cm)
The earrings are hallmarked with my initials and will come packaged ready for gift-giving.
