These oval earrings are hand forged from sterling silver wire into perfect little frames for beautiful gemstones. In this pair of earrings I'm showcasing deep purple amethyst. I call this series my "Portrait" earrings.

The sterling silver was oxidized dark and then polished to brighten the high spots and enhance the forged details. Paired with my hand forged earwires, these make great everyday earrings!
